Role Description The Junior Project Manager at BETA will support the planning, coordination, and execution of software projects from initiation through delivery. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tiruvallur and involves assisting in project scheduling, tracking progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as development, QA, and operations.

The Junior Project

Manager will help manage documentation, monitor timelines, identify basic project risks, and assist in resolving issues to keep projects on track. The role includes communicating status updates to stakeholders, following established processes and standards,



and contributing to continuous improvement of project workflows.

Qualifications

- Project coordination and Project Management skills, including basic scheduling, task tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Expeditor and Expediting experience to follow up on deliverables, ensure timely completion of tasks, and support on-time project execution.
- Inspection skills to review project outputs against requirements and support quality assurance activities.
- Logistics Management capabilities to help organize resources, manage dependencies, and support smooth operational workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Proficiency with basic project management tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, task management platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
