Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team in Nagpur. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects to transform conceptual ideas into detailed, executable architectural realities. You will be actively involved across multiple project types (residential, commercial, and mixed-use), gaining comprehensive hands-on exposure from the initial design phase to on-site implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Drafting: Develop design concepts, prepare municipal/working drawings, and produce detailed architectural plans.
- Modelling & Visualisation: Build accurate CAD and BIM models and assist in creating high-quality 3D visualisations and client presentations.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate regularly with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Documentation:



Prepare comprehensive drawing sets, specifications, and documentation for client and authority approvals.
- Site Inspections: Conduct routine site visits for structural measurements, progress reviews, and quality checks to ensure construction aligns with designs.
- Research: Assist with material research, focusing on sustainable alternatives, eco-friendly practices, and building code compliance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting and design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and relevant rendering/presentation tools.
- Design Sense: Strong foundational understanding of space planning, architectural detailing, and concept development.
- Project Exposure: Basic understanding of project timelines, construction documentation, and software integration in design workflows.
- Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes, bylaws, and regulatory requirements.
- Sustainability Mindset: A genuine interest in green building practices, eco-friendly materials, and sustainable architecture.
- Experience required: Fresher, 1–2 years

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent collaborative communication, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
