Job Summary

At NetApp, you won't wait for the perfect moment — you'll make it. Own high-impact B2B events end-to-end across APAC, primarily in India, shaping everything from tradeshows to NetApp-led experiences and virtual events. You'll turn strategy into standout moments that drive pipeline, educate customers, and raise the bar on every experience. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with approximately 25% travel required.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute a portfolio of B2B events — tradeshows, NetApp-led experiences, and virtual events — aligned to marketing and business KPIs.
- Own all logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, registration, production, speaker selection, staffing, catering, collateral, and post-event wrap-up.
- Drive creative event concepts with agency and marketing partners to elevate brand presence and audience engagement across APAC.
- Secure speaking opportunities at industry events and serve as the go-to event advisor for the wider marketing team.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors — coordinating contracts and invoices with Legal and Finance while ensuring risk compliance.
- Deliver clear event planning documentation and presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Track performance against goals and report on measurable business impact post-event.

Skills





- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously under pressure.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of bringing fresh ideas to life.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, plus proficiency in Chinese or Korean.
- Solid vendor management and negotiation skills, including sponsorship packages and production vendor qualification.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on measuring impact and improving results.

Experience

- A minimum of 4–5 years of applicable end-to-end B2B event management experience, ideally in the tech industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing both live and virtual events tied to sales and pipeline outcomes.

Qualifications

- Applicable education, certifications, and/or training is a plus, but not required.
- Additional years of professional experience will be equally considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
