We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Copywriter who has a flair for words, a curious mind, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging brand communication across traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Copywriting & Ideation

- Develop engaging, original, and impactful copy for advertising campaigns across print, digital, social media, outdoor, and other platforms.
- Write compelling headlines, taglines, campaign concepts, brand messaging, and promotional content.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to campaign development alongside the creative team.
- Adapt writing styles and tone of voice to suit different brands, audiences, and communication objectives.

2. Digital & Social Media Content

- Create engaging social media captions, digital ad copies, reels/video scripts, and website content.
- Develop content that aligns with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and current trends.
- Understand platform-specific communication requirements and tailor content accordingly.

3. Campaign Development & Execution

- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Client Servicing teams to develop integrated advertising campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs into clear, engaging, and effective communication.
- Ensure timely delivery of copy while maintaining creativity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Incorporate feedback and refine content to meet client expectations.

4. Research & Brand Understanding

- Research brands, competitors, target audiences,



and industry trends to develop relevant communication ideas.
- Stay updated on advertising trends, popular culture, digital platforms, and emerging content formats.
- Maintain consistency in brand language, tone, and messaging across campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
- Robust command of English with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to write sharp headlines, creative campaign copies, and engaging digital content.
- Strong conceptual thinking and an eye for creative detail.
- Understanding of advertising principles, branding, and consumer communication.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT or Claude will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism, English Literature, or a related field is preferred.
