Job Summary The MIS Coordinator will lead Master Data Management (MDM), performance analytics, automated reporting, and SLA tracking for the TP-to-IP migration program.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Dashboards: Build and maintain live reporting dashboards tracking overall program migration velocity against target milestones.
- Partner & Deliverable Tracking: Track daily and weekly partner billable deliverables, timesheets, and milestone sign-offs.
- Data Auditing: Audit data discrepancies between legacy customer circuit inventories and target Cisco IP network databases.
- Governance Reporting: Prepare daily governance decks and support Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR).
Core Competencies & Requirements
- Analytics & Automation: Advanced MS Excel (Macros, VBA, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and proficiency in Power BI or Tableau dashboard creation.
- Data Management: Proven ability to consolidate, clean, and analyze large datasets from multi-circle migration trackers.
