About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to join our team in Pune. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal, compliance, contract management, and corporate secretarial activities in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal agreements, NDAs, and related documentation.
- Support corporate compliance and regulatory filings.




- Conduct legal and regulatory research.
- Maintain legal records, compliance trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on legal and compliance matters.
- Support corporate secretarial and governance-related activities.

Requirements

- LLB is mandatory.
- Company Secretary Qualified / Semi-Qualified / Pursuing preferred.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
