Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Vendor Coordination.
Prior experience in Interior Design, Turnkey Interiors, Retail Fit-outs, Commercial Interiors or a related industry.
Working knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture,
hardware and basic construction materials.
Experience in vendor sourcing, obtaining quotations, preparing price comparisons and vendor follow-ups.
Basic ability to understand BOQs, material specifications and project requirements.
Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for quotations, comparisons and procurement tracking.
Solid communication, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate procurement requirements across multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to visit vendors, showrooms and project sites when required.
