Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for end-to-end residential design projects, from concept development to final execution, in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand lifestyle, needs, and aesthetic preferences, conducting site visits, and developing space plans and design concepts that align with brand standards. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, mood boards, and material palettes, coordinating FF&E; selections, and working closely with project managers, vendors,



and execution teams to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.

The Interior

Designer will review construction drawings, monitor on-site work for quality and craftsmanship, and make design adjustments as needed to address practical constraints. The position also requires staying updated on design trends, sustainable materials, and local regulations, and contributing to a collaborative, design-driven work culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing residential layouts.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate concepts into precise, executable plans.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection to curate cohesive, high-quality interiors.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools to communicate ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in residential interior projects, preferably in premium or design-led firms.
- Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and on-site coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to work within budgets and timelines, and commitment to collaborative, inclusive teamwork.
