We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager with 3-6 years of experience to take ownership of our enterprise IT infrastructure, network, systems administration, security and day-to-day IT operations.

Key areas of expertise:

- Enterprise IT Infrastructure & IT Operations Management
- Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD & Intune
- Network Administration – LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewall & Wi-Fi
- Windows, Linux & macOS Administration
- AWS Cloud Infrastructure & Monitoring
- IT Security, Endpoint Management & Compliance (ISO 27001 / SOC 2)
- Server Room, UPS & Business Continuity Management
- IT Procurement, Vendor Management & Cost Optimisation
- IT Asset Management and Team Leadership

What we are looking for: A technically strong qualified with hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT environments, leading infrastructure projects, troubleshooting complex IT issues and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organisation.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, AWS, CompTIA A+ and Network+ would be an added advantage.
