Influencer Marketer-

Job Summary The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and managing influencers, content creators, and musicians to promote Kadence products and brand campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms

Key Responsibilities

· Research and identify relevant influencers, musicians, and content creators.

· Reach out to influencers through Instagram, email, and other communication channels.

· Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and commercials.

· Coordinate influencer campaigns, product promotions, and brand collaborations.

· Manage product dispatches, delivery tracking, and return coordination.

· Follow up with influencers to ensure timely content delivery.

· Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.

· Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and reports using Excel or Google Sheets.

· Coordinate with internal marketing,



logistics, and finance teams for smooth campaign execution.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.

· Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.

· Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Knowledge of influencer outreach and campaign management.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

· Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience working with influencers, musicians, and content creators.

· Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
