About SUPRSUPR is a women-first wellness brand dedicated to reimagining daily nutrition for women. We currently formulate clean, premium protein designed specifically for women’s bodies and lifestyles, with an aggressive pipeline of new flavours and distinct product SKUs launching over the next 6 months.

We are entering a full-acceleration phase, taking SUPR definitively from 0 to 1. Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, driven Influencer Marketing Associate to take charge of our creator outreach, talent scouting, and brand partnerships. In this role, you will represent SUPR across social platforms, identify authentic creators, negotiate collaborations, and manage campaigns from first DM to final deliverable.

You will work closely with the core growth team, learning the ins and outs of performance marketing, creator-led growth, and D2C brand strategy, with ample room to take on broader responsibilities as you grow.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like1. Daily Creator Discovery & Talent Scouting

- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist relevant creators across Instagram and YouTube daily.
- Audit creator metrics, engagement rate, audience demographics, niche relevance, and content quality to ensure high campaign ROI.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of talent for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and continuous brand seeding.

2. Active Outreach, Pitching & Negotiation

- Craft compelling, highly personalized outreach messages daily to creators, talent managers, and agencies.
- Pitch partnership concepts that align with our brand identity while giving creators creative room to engage their audience.
- Negotiate commercials,



usage rights, and deliverables to maximize return on marketing spend.

3. Ongoing Campaign Execution & Relationship Management

- Manage agreements, product dispatch/seeding, timeline tracking, and live deliverable verification.
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for onboarded creators, handling communication promptly and professionally.
- Nurture authentic, lasting relationships to turn one-off collaborations into long-term brand ambassadors.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 0–2 years in influencer marketing, creator relations, talent management, or digital marketing. (Enthusiastic freshers with demonstrable knowledge of social platforms are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Ability to strike the right balance between casual creator-friendly rapport and professional negotiation.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with contract deliverables, tracking links/codes, and deadlines.
- Platform Fluency: Deep familiarity with YouTube and Instagram formats (professionally doomscroller) and an eye for what makes content convert.
- Execution Speed & Organization: Strong time-management instincts to juggle multiple talent conversations in parallel and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Growth Mindset: High appetite to learn, receive feedback, and take on recent challenges across marketing and operations.
