Role Description The Influencer Solutions Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving successful influencer marketing solutions for brand clients. This role involves consulting with clients to understand campaign goals, identifying suitable creators on KOLPlanet, and designing scalable influencer strategies.

The Influencer Solutions

Manager will oversee project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution from proposal through post-campaign reporting. Day-to-day tasks include leading presales discussions, preparing solution proposals, supporting sales conversations with data-backed insights, and optimizing ongoing campaigns using platform analytics.



The role also includes presenting performance reports, recommending improvements, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data, audience insights, and platform metrics for decision-making.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with the ability to translate business objectives into influencer marketing solutions.
- Proficiency in project management to handle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines and stakeholders.
- Background in sales and presales, including creating proposals, supporting pitches, and articulating value to potential clients.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; experience with AI-powered or SaaS marketing tools is an advantage.
