Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations for our growing global team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in talent management, employee onboarding, employee relations, and developing effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Lead talent acquisition activities and coordinate with hiring teams to fulfil recruitment requirements.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies,



procedures, and processes.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities, including confirmation, performance management, and separation formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with management and business leaders on HR strategies and workforce requirements.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable company policies and employment regulations.
- Support and manage HR operations for a geographically distributed global workforce.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4–10 years of overall HR experience, preferably with experience managing HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities and resolve employee-related concerns.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting global teams will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in the UK shift is preferred.
