Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Panchkula.
The Human Resources
Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating performance review processes. The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, handling employee queries related to benefits and compensation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
The specialist will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related compliance.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including employee relations and performance support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in the IT or services sector.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and MS Office; familiarity with Indian labor laws is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
