Role Description The Human Resources Intern – Talent Acquisition will support the end-to-end hiring process and assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities. This internship role is on-site and based in Gurugram.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates from various channels, screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records in tracking systems. The intern will help with employer branding initiatives, such as drafting job postings, updating social media or career pages, and supporting recruitment campaigns.



Additional tasks may include coordinating pre-employment formalities, assisting with recruitment reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition foundation with skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting.
- Experience or interest in Hiring processes and Interviewing.
- Understanding of Employer Branding and ability to support related initiatives.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS or HR tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in HR, recruitment, and building inclusive hiring practices.
