About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our remote HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced IT company.

Key Responsibilities

? Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

? Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms

? Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process

? Maintain candidate databases, HR records, and recruitment trackers

? Support onboarding and orientation of new interns and employees

? Draft offer letters, internship letters, and HR-related documents

? Assist in employee engagement initiatives and virtual team activities

? Help build employer branding through LinkedIn and other social media platforms





? Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations

Who Can Apply

? Students, freshers, or recent graduates pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, Psychology, Management, or related disciplines

? Strong verbal and written communication skills

? Passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, and people management

? Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

? Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

? Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or HR tools is an advantage

? Prior internship or recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory
