Position: HR Compliance & Leave Verification Specialist

? Location: Mani Casadona, Kolkata

? Experience: Freshers / Candidates with 1–3 years of experience

? Shift: US Shift (Starting at 7:30 PM IST)

? Cab Facility: Provided

? Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

? Salary: ₹3–3.5 LPA

? Open Positions: 20

? Joining Deadline: 4th November 2026

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify employee leave requests, including bereavement and specialized leaves.

Validate supporting documents with confidentiality and accuracy.

Handle sensitive employee queries with empathy and professionalism.

Identify discrepancies and potential policy violations.





Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance documentation.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance.
