Position Overview The HR Executive (Learning & Development) will design, implement, and assess training initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, promote behavioural excellence, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver field‑training exercises and on‑the‑job learning modules.
- Lead HR training programs covering compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
- Conduct behaviour‑based training workshops to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee orientation and induction programs, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Partner with functional heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPI analysis.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation, LMS content, and learning calendars.
- Coordinate external training vendors and track training budgets.
- Support succession planning by creating development pathways for high‑potential talent.

Required Experience & Skills





- 3‑8 years of experience in HR learning & development or related roles.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate field training, behaviour training, and orientation programs.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and MS Office suite; experience with e‑learning tools is a plus.

- Ability to analyze training data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
