Role Overview
We are looking for a business-oriented, analytical and execution-driven HR Business Partner who can take end-to-end ownership of people management, performance, talent development and HR operations.
This is not a traditional administrative HR role. The ideal candidate should understand business objectives, challenge managers constructively, drive accountability and help build a high-performance culture.
The person will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that Credflow has the right people, organizational structure, performance systems and management processes to scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews with functional leaders.

- Ensure performance appraisals are objective, data-driven and linked to business outcomes.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership and meritocracy.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Work with business heads to identify manpower requirements and build hiring plans.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for critical business and leadership positions.
- Improve hiring turnaround time, candidate quality and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Develop structured interview processes, assessments and scorecards.
- Monitor recruitment productivity and cost per hire.
3. Organization Design & Leadership Support
- Partner with the CEO and business heads on organizational structure, reporting lines and role clarity.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend hiring, restructuring or internal development.
- Support succession planning and leadership development.
- Help managers improve delegation, team productivity and people management.
- Ensure clear ownership and accountability across functions.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and identify organizational concerns.
- Analyze attrition trends and proactively address retention risks.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition and internal communication initiatives.
- Conduct structured onboarding, probation reviews, stay interviews and exit interviews.
- Build a professional, transparent and performance-oriented work environment.
5. HR Operations, Policies & Compliance
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll inputs, attendance, leave management and employee documentation.
- Maintain updated HR policies, employee records and HRMS data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, POSH, maternity benefits, PF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary processes and separations professionally and in accordance with applicable law.
- Standardize HR SOPs and automate repetitive HR processes.
6. HR Analytics & Management MIS
- Build and maintain HR dashboards covering headcount, hiring, attrition, performance and employee costs.
- Track departmental productivity and manpower efficiency.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS for the CEO and leadership team.
- Use data to identify workforce inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in fintech, NBFCs,
financial services, SaaS or high-growth startups.
- Demonstrated experience in HR business partnering, performance management and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of KRAs, KPIs, appraisal frameworks and performance improvement processes.
- Excellent Excel, Google Sheets and HR analytics skills.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
