Role Description The Housekeeping Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at a Radisson Hotel Group property in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with brand standards. Daily tasks include making beds, replacing linens and towels, cleaning bathrooms and surfaces, vacuuming and dusting, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues.





The Housekeeping

Associate supports laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linen and guest laundry as needed. The role also involves responding to guest requests promptly, following health and safety procedures, collaborating with the wider hotel team, and participating in training to uphold Radisson’s “Every Moment Matters” and “Yes I Can!” service culture.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform housekeeping duties effectively, including cleaning, linen handling, and basic equipment use.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and team members in a professional, courteous manner.
- Good organization skills to manage daily room assignments, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Willingness to participate in training and continuous learning to follow brand standards, safety guidelines, and sustainability practices.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods, in line with role requirements and safety practices.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, health, and safety procedures within a hotel setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
