Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented, and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, preferably with experience in the BFSI, broking, banking, NBFC, or financial services industry. The role involves engaging with clients, identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify business opportunities and generate leads.
- Communicate with Hindi-speaking clients and understand their financial service requirements.
- Explain relevant products and services to clients and drive sales conversions.
- Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA is mandatory; MBA Finance is preferred.
- 3–10 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or a similar sales-oriented role.
- Experience in BFSI, Broking, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills are essential.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
- A proactive, confident, and commercially aware approach with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience handling Hindi-speaking clients will be preferred.
- Candidates with a confident, street-smart, and customer-focused approach will be a good fit.
