Role Description The Holiday Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode. This role involves advising clients on suitable holiday packages, customizing itineraries, and providing end-to-end support for travel planning, including ticketing and visa coordination.

The Holiday

Consultant will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, prepare quotations, and ensure accurate booking and documentation. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and offers, as well as collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver smooth travel experiences. The consultant is expected to provide consistent,



courteous customer service and contribute to sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage courteously and clearly with diverse clients.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in converting inquiries into bookings and meeting or supporting revenue targets.
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple bookings, documentation, and follow-ups accurately.
- Basic proficiency in travel booking tools, ticketing systems, and office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM).
- Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations, travel regulations, and visa processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, collaborate within a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or hospitality setting preferred; a diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
- Language skills beyond English (such as regional or Gulf-region languages) are a plus for supporting varied clientele.
