Role Description The Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees day-to-day HVAC operations, including supervising technicians, planning and assigning work orders, and ensuring timely completion of installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks for commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The supervisor monitors system performance, coordinates preventive maintenance schedules, and ensures compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities include inspecting completed work, optimizing energy-efficient operation of systems,



maintaining accurate service records, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed. The role also involves direct customer interaction, addressing service requests, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Strong HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience with commercial systems, including ventilation, refrigeration, and related equipment.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting HVAC and refrigeration issues, including diagnosing faults and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices, scheduling, and documentation for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and manage service expectations.
- Understanding of safety standards, regulations, and best practices related to HVAC and refrigeration work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and system specifications.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma in Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field; industry certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in commercial HVAC or facility management environments, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in dynamic commercial settings.
