We're hiring at Red Sky Health: Healthcare EDI Specialist (US Shift)

We're looking for someone who knows healthcare EDI well, can read raw X12 files, and knows why a claim was rejected.

What you'll do

- Own the claim lifecycle across 837P/837I, 999, 277CA, 277CS and 835
- Resolve batch and claim-level rejections, and work with payers and clearinghouses to fix them
- Interpret 835 remits (CARC/RARC/CAS) and support clean payment posting
- Lead PMS data migrations: map, convert and validate patient, payer, charge and AR data when clients switch systems
- Spot rejection and denial trends by payer, and help improve our claim scrubber rules

What we're looking for

- 3–6 years of hands-on healthcare EDI / US RCM experience
- Robust payer-level knowledge across Medicare,



Medicaid and commercial payers, including payer IDs, companion guides and enrollment
- Experience with EMR and PMS software (Epic, eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, NextGen, Kareo/Tebra, AdvancedMD or similar)
- Clearinghouse experience (Availity, Waystar, Change Healthcare, TriZetto, Office Ally, etc.)
- Ready to work US shift hours
