We are looking for a Lead Filmmaker / Head of Video to lead our video department, oversee end-to-end film production and build a team that consistently pushes creative boundaries.

The RoleAs the Lead Filmmaker / Head of Video, you will take ownership of the entire filmmaking process, from conceptualisation and pre-production to shooting, editing and final delivery.

You will be responsible for leading the creative and technical direction of projects while managing a team of filmmakers, cinematographers, editors and other production professionals.

This role requires someone who can balance creative vision with solid execution, lead teams confidently and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Filmmaking & Direction: Shoot, direct and edit films across different formats, genres and platforms.

- Creative Development: Translate briefs and concepts into compelling visual narratives and establish the visual language for every project.

- Cinematography: Oversee camera work, lighting, composition and overall visual aesthetics.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage a video production team of 8–10+ members.

- Production Management: Plan and oversee shoots, manage on-set teams and ensure smooth production workflows.

- Post-Production: Supervise editing, colour grading, sound design and final film delivery.

- Project Management: Manage production schedules, edit timelines, resources and deadlines.

- Creative Excellence: Continuously explore new techniques,



formats and storytelling approaches to push the quality of our work.

What We're Looking For

- 4–5+ years of professional filmmaking and video production experience.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams of 8–10+ people.
- Strong cinematography skills and an excellent understanding of lighting, framing and composition.
- Hands-on experience in directing, shooting and editing.
- A strong understanding of post-production workflows and editing software.
- An eye for aesthetics, detail and visual storytelling.
- The ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into strong films.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative and production standards.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally for shoots and projects.
