About MyPortlyMyPortly is a new-age investment app built to make investing simpler, more accessible and less stressful. We're building a contemporary fintech brand with a young, ambitious startup environment.

As we approach our launch, we're expanding our in-house marketing team and looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, strategic thinking and strong execution to the table.

Role DescriptionWe're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Strategist who can work closely with our existing CMO across the brand's marketing activities.

This is an all-rounder role for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing. From brainstorming campaigns and developing marketing ideas to coordinating with creative teams and ensuring plans are executed, you'll be involved in keeping the entire marketing engine moving.

You'll work across brand strategy, content, social media, campaigns and marketing coordination. We need someone who can take ownership, think independently and turn ideas into action.

What You'll Be Doing

- Brainstorm marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and creative content ideas.
- Work alongside the CMO on marketing strategies, pitches, planning and execution.
- Coordinate with the design, video production and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Help plan and manage social media calendars and ongoing brand communication.




- Develop creative briefs and ensure deliverables move from ideation to execution.
- Keep track of timelines, ongoing projects and marketing activities.
- Identify new opportunities, trends and formats that can help the brand stand out.
- Take ownership of day-to-day marketing activities and ensure consistency across platforms.

- Good communication, coordination and project management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple activities and work with different teams.
- Someone who can think strategically but isn't afraid to get hands-on with execution.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
- A strong interest in startups, new-age brands and digital-first businesses.

Prior experience in fintech or finance is not required. We're looking for someone with a strong marketing mindset, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Work Setup & Compensation
- Full-time, in-house role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Primarily on-site, with reasonable hybrid flexibility depending on work requirements.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- Compensation is negotiable based on experience and capabilities.
