Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage counselling teams across five offices in Vadodara.
- Set team targets, monitor individual and team performance, and drive productivity.
- Build a performance-driven culture focused on student satisfaction and business growth.

Geography Management

- Oversee counselling operations for Europe, Germany, the UK, Australia, and Recent Zealand.
- Ensure teams have updated knowledge of admission requirements, visa processes, university offerings, and country-specific policies.
- Develop strategies to increase student enrolments across these destinations.

Branch Coordination

- Coordinate with company branches across India to ensure smooth counselling operations.
- Establish standard operating procedures and maintain consistency in counselling quality.
- Work closely with internal departments to streamline student journeys.

Agent Network Management

- Oversee and strengthen relationships with approximately 600 overseas education agents.
- Drive agent engagement, productivity, and student conversion.




- Develop strategies to improve agent-generated business and maintain strong partnerships.

Business Growth & Performance

- Drive admission conversions and achieve assigned business targets.
- Analyse performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
- Prepare regular business reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in the overseas education or study abroad industry.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership or HOD-level counselling role.
- Strong knowledge of Europe, Germany, UK, Australia, and New Zealand education markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large counselling teams and multi-location operations.
- Experience handling agent networks and channel partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of sales, student counselling, admissions, and conversion processes.
