Primary Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging guitar lessons, focusing on developing students' musical knowledge, technical proficiency, and practical playing skills.
- Follow the prescribed curriculum, covering Western Music theory, guitar techniques, rhythm, scales, chords, and musical compositions.
- Conduct interactive and practical sessions, including individual exercises, group performances, and ensemble playing.
- Prepare and mentor students for musical showcases, stage performances, competitions, and other cultural events.
- Develop structured lesson plans that encourage practical learning, creativity, and consistent progress.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in playing the guitar, with a strong understanding of Western Music theory, notation, and practical techniques.




- Prior experience teaching guitar or Western Music to school students is preferred.
- Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to teach students across different age groups.
- Ability to design structured, progressive, and engaging guitar lessons.
- Robust classroom management, facilitation, and student engagement skills.

Additional Notes

- Working hours will be determined according to the respective school's timetable.
- Participation in school events, rehearsals, Annual Days, and musical showcases beyond regular session hours may be required.
