The Opportunity

Mindtickle is scaling its services and go-to-market teams across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales, and we need a Talent Partner who treats hiring as consulting. You'll own the full recruiting cycle for these teams, shape hiring plans alongside business leaders, and be the voice candidates trust. If you want to be the person leaders call before they open a req, this is your seat.

What You'll Drive

- Own the end-to-end hiring process for GTM and services roles, from discovery call and sourcing to interviews, scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiation.
- Close the hiring plan for pre-sales, sales, and post-sales within your first six months, with speed and quality both on the scorecard.
- Run sharp discovery calls with hiring managers that turn vague needs into clear role scorecards and realistic search strategies.
- Advise business leaders on market trends, compensation signals, and talent availability, backed by data rather than gut feel.
- Advocate for candidates inside Mindtickle by giving honest, specific feedback and making sure everyone gets a fast, respectful process.
- Advocate for Mindtickle outside by telling our story to passive talent in a way that earns replies and builds long-term pipeline.
- Iterate on how we hire: spot where roles stall,



test a fix, and keep what works.

✦ How You'll Work with AI

At Mindtickle, AI is a collaborator, not just a tool. We expect every team member to actively use AI to move faster and think bigger.

- Use LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT to draft personalized outreach, sharpen role scorecards, and turn interview notes into crisp debriefs.
- Leverage AI-assisted sourcing and Lever's automation to build, refine, and re-engage talent pools faster.
- Synthesize market and compensation data with AI to produce hiring-manager briefs you can act on the same day.
- Prompt-engineer repeatable workflows that take manual, repetitive steps out of scheduling and candidate updates.

What You Bring

- Hands-on GTM hiring experience across sales, pre-sales, or post-sales roles, with a track record of closing them.
- Experience recruiting inside SaaS or software companies and a clear sense of what excellent looks like for these roles.
- A consultative presence with hiring managers: you challenge a brief, push back on unrealistic asks, and present comfortably to senior leaders.
- Confidence running the full cycle independently, including negotiating offers and closing candidates who have other options.
- Strong written and verbal communication, in outreach, in debriefs, and in the room.

Nice to Have

- Experience hiring for services or customer success teams across India and global markets would be a plus.
- Familiarity with Lever or a similar ATS, and with building AI-assisted sourcing workflows, is nice to have.
- Exposure to employer branding or building talent communities would be an advantage.
