At Maximize, we're looking for someone who can help us turn great content, clever growth experiments, and creator collaborations into our next big growth engine.

Experience is preferred, but enthusiasm, curiosity, ownership, and intent matter a whole lot more.

A little about Maximize - Maximize is on a mission to help Indians save money. We bring together gift cards, coupons, cashback, bank offers, travel rewards, and loyalty points to help people save more on everyday spending.

We've grown to 300,000+ users organically, and now we're looking for someone to help us take our growth to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing:

SEO, AEO & Organic Discovery

- Help Maximize rank on Google and get discovered through AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Build content around savings, cashback, credit cards, gift cards, travel rewards, airline miles, and loyalty programs.
- Identify trending searches, content gaps, and opportunities to drive organic traffic.
- Experiment with AI tools to research, create, and optimize content without compromising accuracy.

Creators, Influencers & Collaborations

- Discover and collaborate with creators who genuinely resonate with our audience.
- Own everything from outreach and pitching to campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Experiment with different creator partnerships, affiliate models,



and content formats.
- Come up with creative campaigns that people actually want to share.

Content, Social & Community

- Build engaging content for our website, social media, and other channels.
- Simplify complicated financial and rewards concepts into content anyone can understand.
- Spot trends, jump on relevant conversations, and find interesting ways to make Maximize stand out.
- Work with designers, creators, and agencies to bring ideas to life.

Growth, Experiments & Analytics

- Track what's working, what's not, and what we should try next.
- Understand traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions, and creator-led growth.
- Run experiments, learn quickly, and double down on what works.
- Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.

Who We're Looking For:

- An enthu cutlet, first and foremost. Someone genuinely excited about building, learning, and experimenting.
- Someone with a strong intent who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- A curious mind that enjoys figuring out how Google, AI search, social media, and creators influence consumer behavior.
- Someone who can write, communicate, and explain ideas clearly.
- A self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys taking ownership.
- Someone who thinks creatively but also cares about numbers and results.

Prior experience in SEO, content, growth, or influencer marketing is a plus, NOT a prerequisite.
