About the roleWe’re looking for a Growth Generalist with hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience who wants to own outcomes and expand into CRM, WhatsApp automation, and other growth projects.
What you will work on
- Own Google and Meta campaigns from planning and launch to optimisation and reporting.
- Build and improve CRM journeys across email and WhatsApp.
- Turn growth ideas into practical experiments with clear success measures.
- Drive new digital integration projects with technical, creative, and founder support.
- Use data to identify what needs attention and keep the team focused on the next practical action.
Who we are looking forIdeally, you have 2–4 years of relevant experience, have personally managed campaigns on both platforms, understand CRM, and can explain the decisions behind your results. We value clear thinking, initiative, and a willingness to learn unfamiliar tools. Working with us at this stageYou will work with the founders to set priorities, then own the plan and follow-through. Creative and technical resources will support delivery. We are looking for someone who can connect campaign performance to business goals and keep new projects moving.
