Role Description The Graphics UI/UX Designer Intern (NON PAID) will support the design team in creating visually appealing graphics and user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the design of UI components, icons, and layouts, preparing marketing and social media assets, and editing images to align with brand guidelines.

The intern will collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure designs are user-friendly, accessible, and consistent, while learning to translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences. The role also involves participating in design reviews,



iterating on feedback, and maintaining organized design files and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong sense of visual aesthetics, layout, and color.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including basic photo retouching and asset optimization for web and social media.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Social Media and Marketing, with an understanding of how design supports brand communication and engagement.
- Basic familiarity with UI/UX principles, wireframing, and designing for web and mobile interfaces is beneficial.
- Experience or coursework using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
