We’re Hiring | Graphic Designer at SutrOS We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into visuals, stories into experiences, and creativity into impact.

At SutrOS, we’re building technology that helps healthcare teams work better and move work forward. We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who understands modern design, enjoys experimenting with new tools, and can bring our brand and product to life across digital platforms.

If you have a sharp eye for design, love creating engaging content, and know how to use AI tools to work smarter and push creative boundaries, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

- Design engaging social media creatives, campaign assets and brand communication
- Create visual concepts for product launches, marketing campaigns and brand films
- Edit videos, create reels and develop motion graphics for digital platforms
- Produce product-led visuals, website assets, presentations and promotional content
- Use AI-powered tools to generate visual assets and enhance creative output
- Experiment with new formats, transitions, animation and storytelling techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to turn briefs into compelling visual content
- Maintain a consistent brand identity while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table

What we’re looking for




- A robust portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media creatives and video content
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or equivalent
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, ChatGPT or other AI-powered design and video tools
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, layouts and visual storytelling
- Ability to edit videos, work with transitions, add motion graphics and create platform-ready content
- A creative mindset, attention to detail and the ability to work with feedback and deadlines
- Willingness to experiment, learn new tools and take ownership of creative projects

Bonus: Experience designing for SaaS, technology, healthcare or B2B brands, along with basic UI/UX design skills. Experience: 2-5 years
