Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Ranchi.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for brand identities, marketing campaigns, social media assets, websites, and promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include designing logos and graphics, developing layouts, selecting typography, and preparing files for digital and print use. The role involves collaborating with marketing and web teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms, refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining design standards aligned with client brand guidelines.

Designer is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas that support client business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive brand identities and visual guidelines.
- Ability to work with Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for clear, appealing communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work across different formats and industries.
- Attention to detail, robust visual sense, and ability to follow and interpret creative briefs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team setting in Ranchi.
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and prior experience in an agency or IT services environment.
