Role Description The Graphic Designer Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for developing visual concepts and producing high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, and website assets. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams, creating and refining logos and brand identities, selecting and organizing typography, and ensuring design consistency across all channels.

The role involves translating briefs into transparent visual solutions, preparing design files for production, and adhering to brand guidelines while meeting project timelines.

Executive will also participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to design strategy, and stay current with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to develop cohesive visual concepts across multiple formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create, refine, and maintain distinctive brand identities and visual systems.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for both digital and print media.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) and familiarity with digital design workflows.
- Relevant experience in creating marketing and social media assets, along with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
