Designer (Full-time I In-Person I Mumbai)

Mood Labs creates engaging games and hosting essentials that enhance interactive experiences for a wide range of audiences. The team also crafts custom-designed experiences tailored to branding events, helping partners showcase their identity in memorable ways.

Responsibilities

- Design packaging and artwork for new products
- Create social media creatives and marketing assets
- Design print collateral including posters, manuals, stickers, packaging, and event branding
- Create website and digital assets
- Design illustrations, icons, and presentation decks
- Prepare production-ready artwork for print
- Support creative projects across games, events, branding, and marketing

Requirements
- 1–3 years of design experience (internships/freelance included)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator,



Photoshop, and InDesign
- Comfortable using Figma and Canva
- Motion graphics/After Effects is a bonus
- Solid typography and attention to detail
- Fast execution with high-quality output
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
- Good file organisation and production-ready artwork skills

PortfolioCandidates should demonstrate

- Strong design execution
- Packaging, branding, print, or digital work
- Understanding of production-ready artwork
- Speed and versatility across different design formats
