We are hiring a seasoned International Business Development leader for a leading MNC pharmaceutical organization with a strong global presence.
This prospect is ideal for professionals who have demonstrated large-scale international business growth, strategic deal closures, and independent revenue ownership within the pharmaceutical formulations / OSD CMO-CDMO space.
? What We're Looking For:
✅ 15+ years of experience in CDMO, CMO Pharmaceutical International Business Development.
✅ Proven track record of independently minimum handling ₹300–500 Cr+ business portfolios / annual revenue responsibilities.
✅ Strong commercial experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), Finished Formulations, Generics and CMO/CDMO.
✅ Hands-on expertise in out-licensing, dossier commercialization, contract manufacturing agreements and strategic partnerships.
✅ Strong exposure to Europe and Canada, with an established international customer network.
✅ Demonstrated success in recent client acquisition, commercial negotiations, deal closures and revenue growth.
✅ Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
? We are specifically looking for hardcore, front-end Business Development professionals with proven business ownership and deal-making experience.
