Role Description The GHRM Online Trainer will deliver engaging remote training sessions on Global Human Resource Management concepts, tools, and practices in a part-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting live online classes, preparing digital learning materials, and designing assessments that measure learner progress. The trainer will support learners through Q&A; sessions, feedback on assignments, and one-on-one guidance when needed.

The role also involves updating course content to reflect current HR trends, coordinating with the academic team to improve curriculum quality,



and maintaining accurate records of learner performance and attendance.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Global Human Resource Management practices, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and HR policy.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools, learning management systems, and virtual classroom platforms to deliver interactive remote sessions.
- Solid instructional design skills for developing clear training materials, case studies, presentations, and assessments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex HR concepts in a simple, structured manner.
- Demonstrated ability to engage adult learners, manage diverse online classrooms, and provide constructive feedback.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup, with strong time management and organizational skills suitable for a part time role.
- Prior experience as an HR professional, trainer, or educator in HR or business-related subjects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
