Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall service department operations.
Drive service revenue, profitability and business growth.
Achieve monthly and annual service targets.
Manage workshop operations, service advisors and technical teams.
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) and customer retention.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor workshop productivity, vehicle TAT and service quality.
Develop strategies for labour revenue and spare parts sales.
Monitor departmental MIS, KPIs and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with Tata Motors OEM standards and policies.
Required Competencies
Solid leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent business development and customer management.
Sound knowledge of automobile dealership operations.
