We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support global financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities. This role will partner closely with Finance, FP&A; teams, business leaders, and external service providers to deliver accurate financial insights, support decision-making, and drive effective financial management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Support the annual operating budget process and monthly forecast cycles for Global Business Services (GBS)
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
- Analyze and validate financial assumptions, identifying discrepancies, risks, and gaps within plans and forecasts.
- Support headcount planning and operating expense forecasts across multiple business units.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reviews and management reports for global and regional stakeholders.
- Conduct financial and operational performance analyses, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Perform various ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Month-End Close & Accounting Support

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare and post journal entries related to headcount, operating expenses, accruals, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reporting.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to resolve issues and improve financial processes.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the organization's operations, systems, and financial processes.




- Serve as a trusted resource and knowledge partner for colleagues across the finance organization.
- Contribute to best-practice sharing and continuous learning initiatives within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
- Experience working in a global, multinational environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA Preferred
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, or similar financial planning and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting global budgeting and forecasting processes.
