Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OFSAA Consultant with strong expertise in functional testing of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), particularly Profitability Management and IFRS 9 applications. The candidate will be responsible for validating business functionalities, executing test scenarios, identifying defects, and ensuring application quality in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional testing of OFSAA Profitability Management and IFRS 9 applications.
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and application workflows.
- Prepare and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Validate application outputs, calculations, reports, and business rules against expected results.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL queries.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects in coordination with development and business teams.
- Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with business analysts,



developers, and other stakeholders during testing cycles.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect summaries, and testing sign-off documentation.
- Support UAT activities and ensure timely closure of testing deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–8 years of overall experience in IT, with relevant experience in OFSAA functional testing.
- Hands-on experience in functional testing of OFSAA Profitability Management and IFRS 9 applications.
- Good understanding of banking and financial services business processes.
- Knowledge of IFRS 9 concepts, including expected credit loss (ECL), impairment, and related calculations.
- Understanding of profitability management concepts, including cost allocation, profitability analysis, and financial calculations.
- Robust SQL skills for database validation and data reconciliation.
- Experience in test case preparation, execution, defect management, and regression testing.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
