Role Description The Full-time French Trainer will deliver engaging online French language classes to learners across various proficiency levels in a remote setting.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, creating instructional materials, and conducting interactive sessions that focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback and support. Additional tasks include maintaining class records, aligning content with Henry Harvin’s curriculum standards, and collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve course quality.





The role may also involve occasional participation in webinars, workshops, and curriculum enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid French language proficiency (preferably C1/C2 level) and excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and learner assessment within an online or blended learning environment.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess comfort with digital tools and learning platforms, including video conferencing software and learning management systems.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in French, Languages, Education, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., DELF/DALF, FLE) are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess prior experience teaching French to adults or students, preferably in an EdTech, academic, or corporate training context.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple batches and schedules in a full-time remote role.
- Candidates should possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace to conduct live online classes.
