Role Description The Finance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamil Nadu, India.

Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including overseeing accounting activities, preparing financial statements, and monitoring cash flow to support business stability and growth. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications

- Experience with taxation, regulatory compliance, and internal controls relevant to Indian financial and legal frameworks.
- Ability to use financial software and tools effectively, including spreadsheets, ERP or accounting systems, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including mentoring, task delegation, and performance oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CFA are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in a finance management or senior accounting role, preferably within a corporate or services environment.
