Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist with a robust background in accounting and finance. In this role, you will act as a key resource in assisting clients with financial insights, portfolio analysis, and investment reporting. You will leverage your expertise in accounting and taxation to help clients maximize the value of MProfit’s platform, ensuring seamless portfolio management and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expertise as a financial reporting specialist, assisting clients with portfolio management, capital gains computation, taxation, and financial reporting while offering guidance on MProfit solutions.
- Provide expert insights and solutions for reconciliation, accounting, and tax-related queries related to MProfit software.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex financial data to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance platform functionalities based on client feedback.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, investment taxation, and accounting practices to offer timely and relevant guidance.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries and proactive financial insights.
- Contribute to MProfit’s knowledge base, creating insightful articles and FAQs to empower users.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Expertise in financial reporting,



MIS reporting, investment accounting, and taxation.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, and wealth management.
- Strong understanding in financial markets and investment accounting.
- Prior experience in client advisory, financial support, or consulting is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime/ERP 9), including ledger management, voucher entries, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in financial software, accounting tools, and Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools such as FreshDesk, ZohoDesk, ZenDesk, etc., is a plus.
