Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified sales leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Visit factories, manufacturing units, and industrial areas to identify potential customers and develop business opportunities.
- Connect with purchase managers, procurement teams, production managers, and business owners.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Identify recent customers, industries, and market opportunities for rubber and polymer products.
- Manage company social media pages, particularly LinkedIn, by posting product updates and engaging with potential customers.
- Conduct market research and maintain a database of customers, prospects, and sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports and regularly update lead status.




- Develop long-term customer relationships and help expand the company's business across India.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Mandatory: 1.5–2 years of experience in the rubber or polymer industry.
- Experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, or business development is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Practical experience in cold calling, email outreach, and field sales.
- Basic knowledge of rubber products and industrial applications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Willingness to travel for factory visits and customer meetings.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach to sales and lead generation.

Salary & Benefits
