Inventive Infotech is the parent company behind Attendance Box, an integrated attendance, payroll and workforce-management solution for businesses. We are expanding our sales team in Pune and are looking for a field-focused professional who can demonstrate the product, meet decision-makers and convert qualified opportunities.

Role: Field Business Development Executive

Location: Wakad, Pune

Employment: Full-time, in office/field role

Compensation: ₹25,000 fixed per month plus attractive performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Work on qualified leads provided by the company.
- Call prospects, understand their requirements and arrange meetings.
- Visit prospective clients across Pune and nearby areas.
- Deliver confident Attendance Box product demonstrations.
- Explain the software, integrated hardware, implementation and support offering.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up consistently.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
- Maintain accurate lead, meeting and sales-pipeline records.
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for a smooth customer handover.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales and conversion targets.





Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in field sales, business development or B2B sales.
- Experience selling software, SaaS, HRMS, payroll, biometric or IT solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable meeting HR heads, founders, business owners and operations teams.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and able to manage regular follow-ups independently.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Android smartphone required.
- Willingness to travel locally across Pune.
- Hindi and English communication skills required; Marathi is an advantage.
