Role Description The Farm Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the company’s farm properties. This role includes planning and supervising agricultural activities, managing farm staff, monitoring crop and livestock health, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

The Farm

Manager will oversee irrigation systems, coordinate poultry and other farm units, maintain equipment and facilities, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Daily tasks also include record-keeping on yields and expenses, coordinating with vendors and service providers,



and reporting farm performance to company leadership. The role requires a hands-on approach, frequent field inspections, and proactive problem-solving to ensure productive and sustainable farm operations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Farm Management and overseeing Farms operations
- Strong knowledge of Agriculture practices and sustainable cultivation methods
- Practical experience with Irrigation planning, maintenance, and optimization
- Hands-on experience managing Poultry units and maintaining animal health standards
- Ability to lead and supervise farm staff, with strong organizational and planning skills
- Comfort with basic record-keeping, reporting, and use of digital tools for farm management
- Understanding of safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements related to farming
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture or related field preferred; relevant on-the-job experience considered
- Capacity to work in office in rural or semi-urban settings around Chennai, with flexibility in working hours as needed
