Factory Coordinator

Location: Poman, Vasai East, Maharashtra | In office

Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, including a one-hour break

Start date: As soon as possible, preferably 15 November or 1 December 2026

PCG manufactures bakery premixes, concentrates and emulsifiers. We are looking for a dependable Factory Coordinator to keep daily factory activities organised and support our Production, Quality Control and Product Development teams.

You will take ownership of everyday requirements, anticipate what is needed and coordinate tasks through to completion. Independent working, sound judgement and clear communication are essential to this role.

Your responsibilities

- Ensure timely opening, daily readiness and proper closing of the factory, maintaining cleanliness, safety and organisation.
- Support the Production Manager with daily coordination and workforce requirements.
- Coordinate housekeeping, vendors, technicians and service providers, following up until work is completed.
- Ensure Quality Control and Product Development have the materials, consumables and supplies they need on time.
- Prioritise tasks, resolve routine operational issues within your authority and raise problems requiring management input promptly.
- Keep colleagues informed of responsibilities,



deadlines and progress so that work runs smoothly across teams.

What you bring

- Experience in factory coordination, facility support or a similar operational role.
- Personal accountability and the ability to work reliably without constant supervision or repeated reminders.
- A practical approach, initiative and willingness to handle everyday factory requirements personally.
- Strong organisation and clear communication with colleagues, workers and external partners.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi or Marathi and in English.
- Punctuality and reliable daily travel to Poman, Vasai East.
