Role Description The Export Assistant role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. This role supports international export operations by preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

The Export

Assistant will liaise with international clients, suppliers, and internal teams to track orders, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery of medical products.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting in tender and project submissions, verifying product specifications against customer requirements, and supporting the International Business team in managing export processes end-to-end. The role also involves proactive communication with customers, addressing service-related concerns, and contributing to continuous improvement of export procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in International Business and Import Export operations.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills for international clients.
- Relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare products export is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common business communication tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in International Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
