Machine Maker is a Pune-based B2B media house known as “The Voice of Manufacturing”. For over 16 years, we have been creating meaningful connections across India’s manufacturing sector through our print magazine, digital content, videos, exhibitions, and brand partnerships. Our team of 30+ professionals works across editorial, video, production, sales, and client servicing.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organised, and communication-oriented Executive – Marketing & Branding to support the planning and execution of marketing, content, and brand communication initiatives. The role involves understanding client and business requirements, coordinating with internal teams, shaping marketing content, and ensuring that campaigns and deliverables are aligned with brand objectives. You will work closely with the Customer Management, Content, Video, Design, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the planning and execution of marketing, branding, and content initiatives for client accounts and Machine Maker.

· Understand client brands, industries, target audiences, and marketing objectives; convert requirements into clear briefs for content, video, and design teams.

· Coordinate with Customer Management, Content, Video, Design, and Sales teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

· Assist in creating, reviewing, and refining client-facing content such as LinkedIn posts, campaign copy, presentations, proposals, and promotional material.

· Maintain brand consistency across communication, campaigns, and marketing collateral, including tone, messaging, and visual identity.

· Track campaign activities, account deliverables, timelines, and feedback; highlight delays, risks, and improvement opportunities.





· Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through transparent and timely communication.

· Contribute ideas for brand visibility, digital engagement, campaigns, and new marketing opportunities.

· Support the identification of account growth, renewal, and upselling opportunities in coordination with the relevant teams.

· Stay informed about the manufacturing, industrial, and B2B media landscape to strengthen content and campaign relevance.

What We’re Looking For

· 3–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, content marketing, client servicing, or account coordination, preferably in a media, marketing, communications, or agency environment.

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong content-writing and editing ability.

· A sound understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals, content strategy, and digital communication.

· Confidence in coordinating with clients and managing professional relationships.

· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take ownership of assigned deliverables.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

· Exposure to B2B, industrial, or manufacturing-sector clients will be an added advantage.
